Cashew-nuts Brownie with Chocolate Mousse

Description Qty
Eggs 300 gm
castor sugar 600 gm
butter 250 gm
Dark chocolate 300 gm
Cashew nut 400 gm
cocoa 75 gm
flour 250 gm
#Method

Whip eggs and sugar on a double boiler.
Melt chocolate and butter and keep aside to cool
Sift flour and cocoa powder and mix cashewnuts. Fold this into the egg mixture and then fold in the butter mix
Line the mould and bake at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
Take out and cool.

whipped cream 200 gm
egg yolk 1 nos
Castor sugar 20 gm
Melted chocolate 150 gm
#Method
Mix the sugar and yolk together unlit sugar disappear.
pore it in whipped cream with melted chocolate and fold it gently.
