#RECIPE
Flour– 4 cups./500 gm
oil–2 cup./500 gm
water– 2 cup./500 gm
salt –1 teaspoon/5 gm
sugar–2 teaspoon/ 10 gm
egg — 6 nos.
#METHOD
#Step_1- boil the water and oil tougher then add flour, salt and sugar and mix it, turn off fire.
#step_2- Add one by one egg and mix well.
#step_3- Fill batter in star nozzle piping bag.
#step_4- Pipe it in small pieces in cold oil, then light the fire.
#step_5- let it be little hard (3 to4 minute) then star rotating it. Fry it till light yellowish brown.
#step_6- Soak it in thick sugar syrup. And take it out.
